FREMAR CUSTOM HOMES built a custom home for us in 1998.
Our continued delight in this home and our satisfaction level is so high that we want to recommend FREMAR to prospective customers.
Our requirements for a new home were challenging: A courtyard home with a 30' swimming pool. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (one bedroom and bath completely separate from the main house) A 23' x 17' dance floor. 3 independent entertaining areas with sliding glass doors around the pool in the screened lanai. An over-sized garage and a circular driveway. All fitting on a standard sized building lot.
We moved into our completed home within 5 months, an open, bright, airy home. All the materials are very high quality, the home is 80% tiled (three years no cracks). The workers were skilled and efficient, the response to minor problems was fast, efficient, and COURTEOUS. Most of the sub-contractors have been retained by us for other work with excellent continued service.
There were NO surprise additions to the signed cost estimates. Many included features were above building codes (ie: additional re-bars, shatterproof glass doors, floating living room floor, etc.) .
We heartily give FREMAR high grades and our highest recommendation.
Thank you for giving us the oppurtunity to tell others about our beautiful house built by FREMAR Custom Homes.
Our home was one of your models and just what we were looking for. We feel the quality of construction and materials used are excellent as our home is energy efficient and has been very easy to maintain.
We are also pleased with the distinctive architectural features of our home and it is apparent that there was a lot of attention to detail given both inside and out.
We would also like to mention how pleased we have always been with the excellent customer service and communication we have received from both of you and your staff.
In closing, we would like to mention a quote you had on our fact sheet/floor plan that truly explains the way FREMAR Custom Homes feels about their clients. It states, "We don't start out building for friends . . . It just ends up that way!"
